Cancellation and Refund Process
Canceling a Booking: You can cancel your booking directly in the Chalofyrentals app. Go to the "Bookings" section, select the reservation you want to cancel, and follow the prompts.
Refund Timeframe: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and credited to your Chalofyrentals app wallet within 5 minutes of cancellation.
Refund Method: All refunds are credited to the Chalofyrentals wallet and can be used for future bookings within the app.
Wallet Validity: The amount present in the Chalofyrentals wallet remains valid for future bookings and does not expire or get removed over time.
